  1. Kalacon.device is a console.device replacement, with ONLY
  2. CMD_WRITE-command supported.

  4. It's advantages are:

  6. - Ansi palette works 100%, no red<->white messing up.
  7. - If screen is 16 colored, it emulatates EGA display.

  9. And disadvantages:

  11. - No OS snapping
  12. - Can be a bit slower, though I haven't noticed any difference on my 030/50.
